Dr. Ziv Cohen maintains a private practice in Psychopharmacology and Psychotherapy, with a focus on Mood and Anxiety disorders.
In addition to his private practice, Dr. Ziv Cohen is an Attending Psychiatrist at New York Presbyterian Hospital. He works with adult patients with a wide range of anxiety, affective, and personality disorders. Dr. Cohen also works in the psychiatric emergency room. In addition to his inpatient and ER work, Dr. Cohen is active in the Weill Cornell Medical College student mental health service, where he treats students for anxiety, mood, and attentional problems, among others.
Dr. Cohen is an Instructor at Weill Cornell Medical College, where he is active in medical student andresident education. Dr. Cohen teaches in a variety of clinical settings and is active in curriculum development.
Dr. Cohen completed his training in Psychiatry at Payne Whitney Clinic/Weill Cornell Medical Center.
