Dr. Hill received her undergraduate degree from Princeton University. She then earned her Doctor of Medicine degree from Weill Cornell Medical College. She completed an internship in general surgery and a residency in Anesthesiology at the NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical College. She subsequently went on to complete additional training with a fellowship in Cardiac Anesthesiology, also at Cornell. She joined the faculty at the NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical College in 2005 as a member of the Cardiothoracic Anesthesiology team. Her clinical interest focuses on anesthesia for cardiac and thoracic aorta surgeries as well as other high-risk procedures. Her interests include trauma management, transfusion medicine, and intra-operative echocardiography. She is also involved in both the resident and fellow clinical education programs, and serves as Program Director of the Cardiothoracic Anesthesiology Fellowship Program. She is a member of numerous medical societies, including the American Society of Anesthesiologists, the Society of Cardiovascular Anesthesiologists, and the American Society of Echocardiography.
