Weill Cornell's teams of specialists in hematology offer the latest therapies for the treatment of a wide range of congenital and acquired blood disorders, such as:

• Anemias
• Neutropenias
• Thrombocytopenias and thrombocytosis
• Vascular diseases
• Coagulation disorders (including hemophilia)
• Sickle cell disease
• Thalassemia

In addition, our hematologists work together with physicians in other areas to offer specialized treatment of pediatric hemophilia, vascular disease (such as venous thrombosis and atherosclerosis), threatened limb loss, non-healing limb ulcers, and stroke.
