Dr. Sarkaria received her undergraduate degree from Lehigh University. She completed an Advanced Fellowship in therapeutic endoscopy (ERCP, EUS) at Columbia. She was the recipient of the American Associate for the Study of Liver Disease/Schering Advanced Hepatology Fellowship Grant as well as the Boston-Scientific Grant.
Her clinical interests include Pancreatobiliary diseases and GI malignancies
Dr. Sarkaria received her undergraduate degree in 1995 from Lehigh University Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, and her M. D. in 1997 from Medical College of Pennsylvania. She subsequently completed internship and residency training in Internal Medicine in 2000 at Temple University Hospital and her Fellowship in Gastroenterology in 2003 at Columbia University, New York. She completed an Advanced Fellowship in therapeutic endoscopy (ERCP, EUS) at Columbia University in 2004.
