Dr. Niels Dua is presently an Assistant Professor, and board certified Emergency Medicine Physciian in the Department of Emergency Medicine. Dr. Dua completed his residency in Emergency Medicine at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York City. He has practiced Emergency Medicine in Connecticut, California, and New York.
Dr. Dua is presently the coordinator of the Emergency Department Research Associate Program. This program involves pre-medical students conducting ongoing research studies in our department. Dr. Dua has a particular interest in medical simulation and the education of Residents and mid level providers in the Emergency Department. Dr. Dua also had participated in several international and humanitarian projects in India.
