Katherine Novak Parker, M.D.

Dr. Katherine N. Parker received her B.S. degree from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, AR in 1998. She earned her M.D. degree in 2001 from New York University School of Medicine, New York, NY. Dr. Parker completed an internship year (2001-2002) at Saint Vincent’s Catholic Medical Center, New York, NY. Dr. Parker received radiology residency training (2002-2006) in Diagnostic Radiology at New York University (NYU) Medical Center, New York, NY. She remained at NYU Medical Center for a Fellowship in Thoracic Imaging in 2006-2007.

Dr. Parker achieved Board Certification in Diagnostic Radiology from the American Board of Radiology in 2006.

In 2007, Dr. Parker was recruited to the full-time faculty of Weill Cornell Medical College’s Department of Radiology as an Assistant Professor of Radiology and an Assistant Attending Radiologist at the NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital-Weill Cornell Campus. She is a member of Weill Cornell Imaging at NYP, our multi-site outpatient imaging practice.

Dr. Parker performs a wide variety of body and thoracic studies in CT, MRI, ultrasound, PET/CT, and X-ray. In addition to being an active clinician, Dr. Parker is also involved in teaching residents and fellows.
