Charles Maltz, Ph.D., M.D.
Dr. Maltz is an Associate Professor of Clinical Medicine at Weill Cornell. He has published in both basic science as well as clinical medicine. He plays an important role in the training of gastroenterology fellows in endoscopy/colonoscopy along with providing instruction to Cornell Medical College students in their preclinical years. In addition, he serves as a consultant in gastroenterology and hepatology at The Hospital for Special Surgery.
A native New Yorker, Dr. Maltz has a MD from the University of Pennsylvania and a Ph. D. (physical chemistry) from Harvard University. He has taught at Harvard, the University of California (Berkeley), and the University of Maryland.
