Arun Singh, D.O. is Unit Chief of the inpatient Addiction Recovery Services program, Clinical Instructor of Psychiatry at Weill Cornell Medical College, and serves as inpatient Attending Psychiatrist on The Haven and The Retreat at New York Presbyterian Hospital-Westchester Division. He maintains a practice in General Adult Psychiatry and Geriatric Psychiatry. His practice is open for consultations, psychopharmacology, and psychotherapy.
Dr. Singh is also Adjunct Clinical Instructor of Psychiatry at the Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons.
He received his medical degree from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine then went on to Residency in Adult Psychiatry at the State University of New York at Stony Brook. There, he served as Chief Resident and received academic and clinical awards. He then completed a Fellowship in Geriatric Psychiatry at New York Presbyterian Hospital, Weill Cornell Medical College.
In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Singh enjoys teaching medical students and Psychiatry Residents. He has special interest in cognitive and mood disorders.
