Personal Statement

Neonatal-perinatal medicine has seen significant advances in recent decades, and I am honored to support this progress in treating critically ill newborns and their families. My aims include engaging and empowering families with their child’s care and fostering multi-disciplinary collaboration. I am also mindful that thoughtful innovation is essential for ongoing improvement of outcomes for these tiny patients. I have a special interest in neonatal hemodynamics, evaluating blood flow in the developing heart and body, to inform clinicians of clinical change in the most timely and specific manner possible. I am enthusiastic to be part of the highly skilled team at Weill Cornell Medicine, dedicated to continuing to provide the best management possible for high-risk neonates.
