Maurizio Zambenedetti, M.D.

Dr. Zambenedetti's private practice includes individual psychotherapy, family therapy and psychopharmacology. Aside from private practice, he is currently conducting research in mental health services organization and aggression in children.

 

 

Dr. Zambenedetti joined the Division of Child Psychiatry New York Hospital Westchester Division in 1993, after his residency in Psychiatry at the same hospital. In 1995 he became the Director of the Children Inpatient Unit until 2000. During the same year he completed a master program in "Clinical Epidemiology and Health Service Research," at the Weill Medical School of Cornell University. Between 2002 and 2005 he was at the "Child Study Center," New York University Medical School, where he took part in several clinical studies of children with ADHD. For the last 2 years he was the consultant for several programs at the "Mental Health Association of Westchester." This year he rejoined the Department of Psychiatry, at the Weill Medical School of Cornell University. Dr. Zambenedetti's private practice includes individual psychotherapy, family therapy and psychopharmacology. Aside from private practice, he is currently conducting research in mental health services organization and aggression in children.
