Dr. Matthew Cham is an Assistant Professor of Radiology at Weill Cornell Medical College. He graduated with a double-major from the University of Rochester and was accepted into the early admission program of the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry where he earned an MD degree with Distinction in Research. Dr. Cham completed his radiology residency at the University of Rochester - Strong Memorial Hospital where he received the RSNA Roentgen Resident Research Award. He completed a Thoracic Radiology research fellowship at the Weill Cornell Medical College and a Cardiovascular MRI fellowship at the Imperial College School of Medicine - Royal Brompton Hospital in London. He is a member of the Radiological Society of North America, American College of Radiology, American Roentgen Ray Society, Society of Thoracic Radiology, and serves as a reviewer for the American Journal of Roentgenology. Dr. Cham is board certified in Diagnostic Radiology. His clinical and research interests include cardiovascular CT and MRI, lung cancer imaging, and CT-guided lung biopsies.
