Welcome! When you visit our office at Weill Cornell Medicine Ophthalmology, my team is dedicated to delivering the best possible care to our patients. I care for patients with general eye conditions such as cataracts and glaucoma. My goal is to preserve and restore vision while providing personalized and compassionate eye care. I look forward to meeting with you.

Biographical Info

Dr. Shi is an Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology at Weill Cornell Medicine. Dr. Shi is a fellowship-trained glaucoma specialist and skilled in general ophthalmology. She specializes in glaucoma evaluation and treatment, including medical management, laser, and glaucoma surgery. She performs cataract surgery and minimally invasive glaucoma surgery.

Dr. Shi completed her undergraduate studies at Harvard University and her medical degree from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. She completed her residency in Ophthalmology at the prestigious UCLA Jules Stein Eye Institute in Los Angeles, CA, one of the highest-ranked programs in the nation. She remained there to continue her fellowship in Glaucoma. She is involved in clinical research and authored several peer-reviewed journal articles.
