Dr. Dan Goldschlag is a specialist in reproductive surgery and the treatment of infertility. He is fellowship trained in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility and is currently an Assistant Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the New York Presbyterian Hospital -Weill Medical College of Cornell University.

Dr Goldschlag is particularly experienced in advanced methods of correcting anatomical causes of infertility including blocked fallopian tubes, adhesions or scar tissue, endometriosis, ovarian cysts endometrial polyps, and fibroid tumors. He uses minimally invasive surgical techniques to help patients address severe conditions including pain, bleeding, infertility, and recurrent miscarriages. In young women, he addresses disorders that affect normal sexual development. Of particular interest to Dr. Goldschlag is treating couples that are facing unique challenges presented to them secondary to cancer threrapies.

Dr. Goldschlag earned a B.A. and M.S. degree from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan in 1988. He received a M.D. degree from the Wayne State University in 1992. Dr. Goldschlag completed his residency at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine 1997 and went on to the New York Hospital/Cornell University Medical College where he completed a Fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility. He is a member or fellow of numerous medical associations including the American Society for Reproductive Medicine and the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologist. He has authored articles and given numerous presentations covering various medical topics. Dr. Goldschlag lectures both nationally and internationally on a wide range of topics in reproductive health. He is currently performing research studying early oocyte development and the cryopreservation of oocytes and ovarian tissue.
