Dr. Christina Treece's professional interests focus on psychotherapy and psychopharmacology for mood, anxiety, psychotic and personality disorders. Her interests also include psychiatric treatment of the medically ill, particularly cancer survivors, HIV patients and women's psychiatric health.
Dr. Christinia Treece earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia and a medical degree from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. She completed her general psychiatry residency training at New York-Presbyterian/ Weill Cornell Medical College, Payne Whitney Manhattan and a fellowship in Psychosomatic Medicine at Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center and the New York-Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell.
Her research interests include investigating the stress and body image complications following the survival of traumatic events and cancer treatment.
Dr. Treece is available for diagnostic consulation, psychotherapy and psychopharmacologic management.
