Dr. LaBruna is the Director of Manhattan Plastic Surgery Center located at 45 east 85th Street. This center inculdes his office and and private ambulatory surgery center that is maintained according to the highest standards and is certified by the American Association For Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgery Facilites, Inc ( AAAASF). Dr. LaBruna is also the Chief Medical Officer for The Center For Specialty Care. This is an ambulatory surgical facility on the upper east side that has over two hunderd surgeons operating and practicing medicine in this facility. Dr. LaBruna served as Director of the Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in the Department of Otorhinolaryngology from 2000 to 2011. He was also the Co-Director for the Center of Aesthetic Laser Surgery at the New York Presbyterian Hospital.
Dr. LaBruna holds two board certifications. He is a diplomat of the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Otorlaryngology.Dr. LaBruna holds appointments as Clinical Associate Professor in the Departments of Otolaryngology and General Surgery/PlasticSurgery. He completed his residency in Plastic Surgery at Mount Sinai School of Medicine of New York University and his residencyin Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery at Manhattan Eye, Ear and Throat Hospital/The New York Hospital. Dr. LaBruna receivedhis medical degree from Cornell University in 1990 where he graduated with honors in research.
