Dr. LaBruna is Director of the Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in the Department of Otorhinolaryngology and the Co-Director for the Center of Aesthetic Laser Surgery at the New York Presbyterian Hospital. Dr. LaBruna holds two board certifications. He is a diplomat of the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Otorlaryngology. Dr. LaBruna holds appointments as Associate Professor in the Clinical Departments of Otolaryngology and General Surgery/Plastic Surgery. His practice is limited to plastic surgery. He has his clinical office located within the otolaryngology department. He is the only plastic surgeon in this group. This dual certification provides Dr. LaBruna with a unique expertise in his field. He completed his residency in Plastic Surgery at Mount Sinai School of Medicine of New York University and his residency in Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery at Manhattan Eye, Ear and Throat Hospital/The New York Hospital. Dr. LaBruna received his medical degree from Cornell University in 1990 where he graduated with honors in research.
